Bartın Polyester Pool, which is one of the most important tourism facilities of Bartın, was established in 1997 in order to meet the need for social facilities in the city center and to provide service to the citizens in the best way. The pool, which has a size of 25x16 meters, is 8 meters deep and has a water capacity of 400 tons. The pool is open to service from 09:00 to 17:00 hours in summer months. In the facility where citizens can do sport activities in a hygienic environment, there are also locker rooms, showers and a cafe. In Bartın Polyester Pool, which is one of the places frequently preferred by citizens, especially in summer months, various competitions and events are organized from time to time and the facility is also used as a training pool by sports clubs.
